All third-party designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. The printing, modification, or sale of such designs does not imply ownership, authorship, sponsorship, or endorsement by the original designer unless expressly stated.

Reasonable efforts are made to provide proper attribution for third-party designs in accordance with the applicable license terms. Attribution information is actively reviewed and updated as files and listings are organized and finalized. If you are a rights holder and believe that a design has been used without proper attribution or outside the scope of its license, please contact us promptly so the matter may be reviewed and corrected or the item removed if necessary.

Certain items offered for sale may be customized, modified, or produced to order, including functional components intended for non-critical, non-safety-related use. All products are intended for decorative purposes or light functional use only.

Products sold are not designed, tested, or intended for load-bearing, structural, safety-critical, medical, automotive, aerospace, or protective applications. Use of any product outside its intended purpose is done at the customer’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law, all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Sales are made to adults only. Products are not intended for use by children. Any inquiries or purchases involving minors must be made directly by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the use and supervision of the product.

All items are produced using 3D printing processes and many are custom-made or made to order.

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, except in the event of a material defect or error caused by us.

Non-Custom (Standard) Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unmodified, and in its original condition

• The item is returned at the customer’s expense

• Prior approval is obtained before return
  
  

Refunds, if approved, will be issued for the purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.

No Refunds for Misuse or Assumption of Risk
Refunds will not be issued for damage or failure resulting from:

• Use outside the stated intended purpose

• Load-bearing, safety-related, or prohibited applications

• Modification, alteration, or improper installation by the customer

• Normal wear, environmental exposure, or heat-related deformation

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, all sales are final once an item has been delivered and accepted.
